Preventative Maintenance

With not only proper installation and precise sizing, but more importantly, a routine maintenance checkup, as a homeowner you have an opportunity to save up to 50% off of your annual energy costs. At DT Air Conditioning and Heating we encourage you to take advantage our preventative maintenance agreement that is precisely designed to keep your system operating at maximum potential throughout the year and reduce the potential for costly repairs.

Included in the preventative maintenance program we promise a minimum of two visits during your servicing year in which we will test and adjust operating pressures, check for blockages, test start-up sequence and operation, test, lube, and adjust blower components, check all safety controls, clean and check condensate drain systems, check and clean filters, check voltage and amperage draw on the compressor, test the thermostat, and test air flow characteristics. You will also be notified if any repairs are needed.
